The fourth book, entitled 4 Stroke Golf Cat Engines Explored has just been published. It is a book in which I delve into the workings of 4-stroke engines. The book is written about gas golf cart engines but could be useful in describing the operation almost any 4 stroke engine, whether it is in a golf cart or a lawnmower, a generator, a 4 wheeler, a car, or just about anything. It looks in detail at each of the 4 strokes and discusses, in depth, what goes on in each of them. As a kid, growing up in Iowa, the author, Ron Staley, started playing with engines. He always had one art as far apart as he could get it, and he learned a lot about them from an early age. Since then, has learned a lot that he didn’t even suspect about how they really work. It seemed so simple at first, but there really is more to it that needs to be discussed. That is what this book does.
